Implemented Int() macro, which improves performance slightly on all platforms. Improved PowerPC performance by using 604 instruction scheduling. Improved 680x0 performance by using 68020 code generation, undefining COMPACT_ATTACKS, and using normal inlining. Built with Metrowerks CodeWarrior 10.

First version with Macintosh support. Implemented CLongLong class in C++ to provide 64-bit integers for Crafty's bitboards. Increased PowerPC performance by using cntlzw instruction and floating-point registers. Modified SIOUX to handle linefeeds properly and to improve performance. Built with Metrowerks CodeWarrior 9.
