Luis F. Morales, Jr.

East Brunswick, NJ, USA

Bio:
Have lived in various locations around the country. Born in Los Angelos, California, lived there for 13 years. I then moved to the Tampa Bay, Florida area and lived there for 9 years. Then moved to Hawaii and stayed there for 1.5 years, followed by a 9 year stint in South Eastern Arizona. I have now been living in East Brunswick, New Jersey for 3 years. BS in Marine Science/Chemistry from University of Tampa (1982). BSEE from University of Arizona (1986).

I am currently a network engineer at Lehman Brothers Inc in New Jersey and have worked as a systems and network engineer for the last 10 years. I've been married for almost 12 years to a great woman and have three lovely children. Two boys ages 6 and 10 and a girl age 11 months.

Numismatic Interests:
I'm a collector not an investor. I can't afford high priced coins so I concentrate on Fine or better and search for high quality at below average prices. My particular interests are:

World Coins--I'm putting together a circulated set of one coin each from every country that minted a coin in the 20th century, next I'll include the 19th and then the 18th century . . . if I live that long.
US Type set--19th and 20th century in condition of Fine or better.
US Proof and Mint sets and some Commemoratives.
What ever else catches my eye--Canadian coins, coins from places I've traveled to.
Starting to get into error coins and Cherry Picking.

I'm also a Metal Detector enthusiast which helps supplement my coin collection.
